Welcome to LinksToManage ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our SaaS platform.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Controller is Marcin Wesel, located in Poland.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and avatar image.
• Google User Data (OAuth): If you choose to sign up using Google, we access your basic profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture) and your Google ID. We use this data solely for authentication and account creation. We do NOT access your contacts, Google Drive files, calendar, or any other private data.
• Billing Information: We do not store or process your credit card details directly. All payments and subscriptions are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Usage & Monitoring Data: We collect the URLs you submit for monitoring, their status history, and logs of system interactions (IP address, browser type) to ensure security and service reliability.

3. How and Why We Use Your Information

Under GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases to process your data:

• Performance of Contract: To provide the core service (monitoring links), manage your account, and process transactions.
• Legitimate Interests: To improve our platform, prevent fraud, and ensure the security of our infrastructure (e.g., detecting bot abuse).
• Legal Obligation: To comply with tax laws (Polish Tax Regulations) and accounting requirements.
• Consent: For sending optional marketing communications (which you can opt-out of at any time).

4. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share data with trusted third-party service providers ("Processors") necessary to operate our business. These providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPA) to ensure your data remains secure.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our partners (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Resend) are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer data to these providers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to protect your privacy rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days. However, we may retain certain billing information for a longer period (up to 5 years) solely to comply with Polish tax and accounting regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for sensitive backups, and secure OAuth protocols. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
