Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LinksToManage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Marcin Wesel ("Provider", "we", "us"), operating under the laws of Poland.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LinksToManage provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for monitoring URL health, managing redirections, and organizing vendor links. While we utilize advanced technologies to check link status, you acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Accounts, Identity & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account (via Google Auth or email).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect are being used for malicious purposes or in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription, Billing & Lemon Squeezy

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you subscribe, you are entering into a billing agreement with Lemon Squeezy, subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Paid Trial ($1): We offer a 14-day trial for a verification fee of $1. This fee is non-refundable and serves to verify user identity and payment method validity to prevent abuse.
• Automatic Renewal: After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan selected during registration (e.g., $19, $49, or $99/month) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: As a B2B service, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable Use & Bot Responsibility

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs compliant with terms that explicitly forbid automated monitoring or crawling.
• Redirect traffic to illegal, phishing, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, "stress test", or overload our infrastructure.

Bot Liability: You acknowledge that LinksToManage acts as your agent in checking URLs. You bear full responsibility for the legality of scanning the target URLs added to your account. We are not responsible if a third-party website blocks our monitoring bots (resulting in "False Positives").

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LinksToManage. You retain all rights to the data (URLs, vendor names) you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability (READ CAREFULLY)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinksToManage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or affiliate commissions;
• Loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Damages resulting from "False Negatives" (failure to report a broken link) or "False Positives" (reporting a working link as broken).

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinksToManage from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or dashboard notification. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
